02Can the renovation cost change?+
We confirm the agreed cost and scope before work begins. If you choose to change the design, materials or included items, we agree any extra work and costs separately in advance.
03How long does a renovation take?+
A full renovation typically takes around 70 working days. The exact timeline depends on the size and condition of the apartment and your chosen package. It is specified in your contract.
04Can I arrange a renovation remotely?+
Yes. We provide photo and video updates from your apartment, and you can approve materials and key decisions remotely. The FORROOM team organises the work.
05How are payments arranged?+
Renovation packages are paid in stages: 10% on signing the contract, 40% before preparatory work, 40% before final finishes, and the remaining 10% after you accept the completed apartment.
